Advance reservations are essential. All participants must be able to immerse themselves, swim 25 m, be in good health and have no contraindications to the practice of outdoor sports (a form must be signed before departure). For minors, parental authorization is required, or collective authorization for structures entrusting minors to us.


Franceraft’s services are supervised by guides or instructors who are state-qualified in their speciality.


Reservations are subject to the following cancellation conditions:
-More than 30 days before departure: the deposit (50% of the total amount) is retained to cover organization costs and commercial loss.
– Between 30 and 21 days: The deposit (50% of the total amount) and 25% of the balance are retained.
– Between 21 and 8 days: The deposit (50% of the total amount) and 50% of the balance are retained.
– Less than 7 days: full payment is due.


Franceraft reserves the right to modify the program for safety reasons, floods, drought, natural or accidental disasters (pollution), insufficient technical, physical or psychological level of the participants, without any participant being able to claim any compensation. Should Franceraft be obliged to cancel a departure for any reason whatsoever, participants will receive a full refund without being entitled to claim any further compensation.


Franceraft reserves the right to exclude from its activities, for safety reasons, persons showing obvious signs of intoxication, without these persons being entitled to any reimbursement whatsoever.


Franceraft takes out professional liability insurance. All participants must be covered by third-party liability insurance.


Each participant is aware of the risks he or she may run and fully assumes them. He or she agrees not to hold Franceraft or its partners responsible for these risks. This also applies to heirs and family members. Each participant must comply with the instructions given by the instructors or guides supervising the Franceraft activities, who cannot be held responsible for incidents, accidents or personal injury resulting from careless personal initiative. Franceraft accepts no responsibility for personal belongings (loss, breakage, theft, etc.).
