Yes, all our outdoor activities are supervised by professional, experienced guides. The guide introduces you to the activity, assists you with the equipment and then supervises you throughout the activity with his presence and explanations. Pay attention 😉
Yes, we advise you to book your activity in advance. You can do this on our website or by e-mail to info@franceraft.com.
Yes, for all our activities (rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed etc.) all technical equipment is provided: harness, lanyards, karabiners, wetsuit and neoprene jacket, helmet, paddle and shoes, depending on the activity chosen.
For canyoning and rafting activities :
Swimsuit, towel, bag for personal belongings, sun cream (recommended), synthetic t-shirt (optional), cord or elastic for glasses or long hair, change of clothes.
The ability to SWIM is compulsory for all aquatic activities. You must be in good physical condition and have no contraindications to whitewater activities. For activities in the air or at height, vertigo can be a constraint to the activity.

Yes, in most cases! In the event of unfavourable conditions in a canyon or river, Franceraft can suggest another river or canyon in good condition or another activity.
This does not prevent activities from taking place. In fact, whitewater activities are practically the only adventure activities that can be enjoyed in the rain.
Franceraft may decide to cancel an activity if safety cannot be guaranteed. A credit note for the amount already paid will be issued to participants for a period of 2 years, or a full refund will be made if another date cannot be found.
Yes: all you need is a cord to tie them on, so you don’t lose them if you put your head underwater. Please note that goggles are not recommended in some canyons.
